25.01.2022 Every quarter here at Community Vision, we celebrate our staff by hosting a reward and recognition. This is achieved by an employee survey, where staff vote for other staff members that go above and beyond their duties and truly embody Community Visions values. This quarter it was the beautiful Elvina who was nominated for the employee award. Elvina truly embodies Community Visions values and was recognised for her respectful and Inclusive nature and accountability for everything she does. Reminiscence therapy using customised virtual reality can be a positive experience for our aged care customers - particularly those living with dementia.
