21.01.2022 When an insurance assessor's work car has been repaired by a 'recommended' repairer as poorly as this what chances does the average customer have of getting a quality repair??? The boot floor panel tags are broken, the beaver panel is damaged and the rear bumper is not secured across the lower edge. The repairer has simply replaced the bumper cover and ignored all the other damage. Three words of wisdom - CHOOSE YOUR REPAIRER.

04.01.2022 Choose your repairer! 99% of policies allow you to choose your repairer, When you lodge your claim you have to tell the claims staff very clearly 'I have choice of repairer' and I wish to use XYZ. Many of the claims teams are overseas and are paid bonuses for pushing jobs into cheap shops and may tell porky pies to try and divert you. Be strong, be clear, be in control and tell them again "I have choice of repairer."... AAMI and APIA policies do not allow the car owner to choose their repairer, so the insurer will tell you where to take your car and you can not negotiate for a different repairer.

03.01.2022 I saw the green and blue C-HR recently and they are VERY nice, I think they will be a popular vehicle for people looking for a small vehicle with all the gadgets and a high seat ride. Sunday times had an article comparing the Honda CRV, Mazda CX3 and the Toyota C-HR and the C-HR aced the tests. I was so impressed that I suggested my 78 year old mother buy the C-HR! What's your thoughts???
