We are seeking a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail to join our team. The front desk role involves direct interaction with our clients. Working closely with the two owners and three accounting staff, you must be a person with a positive attitude who enjoys being highly organised and conti...nuously busy with a happy and bubbly disposition. You will be presentable (professional office), speak fluent English and be punctual. The role involves general reception duties, liaising with clients, staff and third parties, answering phones, managing emails, banking, filing, letter typing etc. It also involves monitoring two diaries and being across the day to day running of the office. This role is an important function for the smooth running of our office and the start date is immediate.
