14.01.2022 Imagine proposing to the one you love on a tiny, remote island surrounded by a circle of white sandy beach, in the middle of the picturesque Mamanuca Islands in Fiji! This romantic scenario could be reality with Captain Cook Cruises Fiji, Tivua Island Proposal Package. The romantic adventure begins onboard the magnificent tall ship Ra Marama or the luxurious sleek sailing catamaran Fiji One, on a 90-minute cruise to the tiny tranquil island of Tivua. Enjoy some Fijian enterta...inment and morning tea along the way. Once arriving at Tivua experience a traditional welcoming Kava ceremony before being whisked away to a deserted part of the beach. Here your loved one will discover a message in a bottle lying at the water’s edge and containing a personalised proposal message or will you marry me written in shells or flowers in the sand. Then celebrate your engagement over a delicious tropical buffet lunch and a bottle of sparkling wine in a private romantic bure on the beach. Spend the rest of the day on cloud nine, simply laying on a comfy beanbag under a beach hut, taking a leisurely swim, feeding the fish, sleeping on a hammock, go on a guided herbal medicine nature walk, snorkel or go glass bottom boating over the magnificent reefs and clam gardens escorted by a Marine biologist or try a romantic kayak or paddle board around the island. For true indulgence, celebrate even more with a spa treatment from Senikai Spa. For dive loving couples a ‘first’ dive as an engaged couple, with five-star PADI Diving is a must. From beautiful coral gardens to bommies to discovering a new dive wreck, ‘Raiyawa’, Tivua has enough dive spots to captivate beginners, reinvigorate occasional divers and fascinate advanced divers. Then cruise back to Denarau and enjoy a coconut demonstration, basket weaving, afternoon tea and more music and entertainment. The Tivua Island Proposal Package departs daily from Denarau Marina at 10.00am and returns at 5.00pm. Adults are priced at A$435 per couple including transfers from most Nadi and Denarau hotels, return cruise transfers to Tivua Island, morning and afternoon tea, access to Special Events coordinator, message in a bottle or shell proposal, tropical BBQ lunch including sh, chicken, sausages, salads and fruit, all beer, wine and soft drinks whilst on the island, private lunch bure, bottle of sparkling wine, welcome Kava Ceremony and Fijian entertainment, Captain’s Kids Club, guided snorkelling and glass bottom boat tours with a Marine biologist, use of kayaks, paddleboards and snorkelling gear, guided herbal medicine nature walk, coconut husking and weaving, beach volley ball and seasonal bird and turtle nesting. Return Coral Coast transfers, drinks onboard, Padi diving, Senikai Spa treatments and sole use of Tivua Island is available for additional costs. Serenade of the Seas the younger sister to Radiance of the Seas - will sail from Sydney...’s Overseas Passenger Terminal for the first time from October 2020 to April 2021, offering 18 dining venues, bars and lounges, as well as a rock-climbing wall, 9-hole mini golf course and three pools. The 2400-guest megaliner boasts Whoopi Goldberg as her godmother plus lounges and bars not seen previously in Australian waters, including the Safari Club, Congo Bar and Zanzibar Lounge. After an absence of three years, Royal Caribbean will return to home porting in Brisbane with the 2400-guest Radiance of the Seas. Currently based in Sydney, the line’s ‘culinary ship’ will call Brisbane’s brand new International Cruise Terminal at Luggage Point home, offering Queenslanders their first taste of the airy and light-filled cruise ship from their doorstep from November 2020 to April 2021. Radiance of the Seas will arrive to Queensland fresh from a multi-million makeover following a drydock in 2020, which will see a range of enhancements. More details to be announced. Australian fan-favourite Voyager of the Seas returns to Sydney in October 2020. We’re thrilled to be bringing a brand-new ship to Sydney, and returning to Queensland with our newer and larger megaliner, both packed to the rafters with features for families and couples alike, she said. Together, the four Royal Caribbean megaliners will offer more capacity and itineraries than ever before, with more than 80 sailings for Australian travellers to choose from, ranging from 2 to 19 nights to destinations in the South Pacific, New Zealand and Australia.
