25.01.2022 It's been a busy time at the cafe lately, which is fantastic... and we are extremely grateful for all of the support. Our customers mean the world to us, and through your continued support, we are able to enrich the lives of our trainees through this program. As we are part of many wonderful enterprises that the Compass Institute has, we have made the decision to merge our FB page with the main Compass page. I know many of you are already followers of the main page, however ...for those that would still like to keep up with what is happening out here at our beautiful little cafe, please give our main page a like and follow. 20.01.2022 We don't want to brag! Ohh ok, yes we do..... Here's a couple of comments from our lovely customers about our smashing Date and Orange Scones. "That was, without a doubt, the best date and orange scone I have ever had". ... "They are old fashioned and delicious". "We had to come back for one of these scones, they're so good". They actually are... Today's batch made by Emily. Who also makes an awesome iced coffee. But that's a story for another day.

Claire and Anne recently collaborated, giving Claire the opportunity to show case her skills with the camera. Claire has managed to capture some beautiful, natural images of Annie at work.
