21.01.2022 Late last year we jumped at the opportunity to capture the Concert for Compassion story, a narrative told through two opuses, an orchestra of 20, a choir of 40 ...from FedUni Arts Academy and Loreto College, Ballarat, and features soloists from the State Opera South Australia as part of Compassionate Ballarat. Talented is an understatement when describing the minds behind these beautifully composed musical pieces, Richard Chew, Nigel Westlake, and Lior. This short film tells their story See more

07.01.2022 Tomorrow is International Self-Care Day - this day is recognized by the World Health Foundation. Now more than ever, self-care is essential. It's essential for improving our emotional and physical health and beneficial in reducing anxiety, stress, and building resilience. So tomorrow please think of something good to do for yourself - for example: taking a short walk outside or eating a healthy snack to boost your energy. Or reaching out to a friend. Oftentimes, however, taking time out for ourselves is simply not an option. But there is still something you can do for yourself: breathe. Just five slow breaths can effectively lower your heart rate and in turn, reset the mind and recharge the body. Take care all - from Compassionate Ballarat
