23.01.2022 CCR have just completed 1500 meters of Polyurethane Injection to a Reservoir for Pensar Structural and Hunter Water, we drill, place injectors then pump in the liquid Polyurethane injection fluid and when it mixes with water turns into a foam blocking the crack from water migration

18.01.2022 We were called to this unfinished project at Merewether where a Company had tried to carry out a remedial rectification on 2 balcony's, they got to this stage and the owners relieved them of the task and called CCR, we had it formed up poured 32 mpa concrete with galvanic Zinc Anodes all through,let it cure and rebuilt the brickwork, owners very happy and waiting to have there aluminium slats to the face of the balcony's installed. Well done to the boys from CCR

11.01.2022 CRACK STITCHING Masonry may move and crack for a variety of reasons. Seismic events are one cause. Foundation movement resulting from shrinkage and heave in foundation soils is another. Cracks may also continue to move and develop as a result of on-going seismic activity and cyclical wet and dry, hot and cold environmental conditions. Crack stitching addresses the problem by reintroducing structural integrity and redistributing structural loads along the masonry to minimise further developments of the crack which may occur with simple injection methods.

03.01.2022 CCR can supply and install all manner of remedial wall ties and crack stitching to brickwork. Typically, wall type (e.g. solid, cavity or masonry veneer) and composition will dictate which particular system will be required to provide an effective wall or pinning tie solution. Commonly, problems involving the tying of cavity or veneer walls with large cavities or unusual material combinations will require a combination of dry fix or chemical fixed ties.

03.01.2022 Work goes on at Tighes Hill TAFE, we have been under pressure with a strict deadline, a heap of Variations and Inclement weather but with the Wonder boy Brett Daniels Project Manager we are are on time and producing some nice remediation work to the concrete lintels and brickwork now for a bit of Waterproofing and get on with heaps of backed up projects
