19.01.2022 Some days away on the beautiful south west coast of Victoria with my family. It doesn’t get much better than this! #twelveapostles #southwestvictoria #peace #family #gratitide

14.01.2022 Hormone balancing breakfast. One of the best things women can do to balance hormones is to bring seeds into their breakfast. It sounds too simple but it works! Flaxseed meal, hemp seeds, chia seeds. These are phytoestrogens. The way they work is as modulators. If you have too much oestrogen which is very common in the reproductive years and especially around perimenopause, then it lowers oestrogen. If you have too little after menopause, then it assists you by raising oestrog...en a bit. This is one of the big differences between plants and drugs. Drugs usually have one active ingredient that acts like a switch to either raise or lower- not both. Plants are made up of many active ingredients and its the synergy of these that can produce the right effects on our physiology. I have added Black strap molasses to this for Iron, and B vitamins and some Bacchus Marsh strawberries- because they are delicious!!!! Cheers to health! Natasha See more

12.01.2022 I made a big batch of kale chips today for us all to snack on! These are a great treat, so crispy and delicious! Even my daughter loves them! To make them just cut the leafy part away from the stems and tear into chip size, then mix olive oil into them to coat them and add some sea salt. Spread them in a single layer on an oven tray and bake at 180 degrees C for about 10 mins. Ready when crunchy! Enjoy! Cheers to health, Natasha . #naturopath #kale #kalechips #snacks #kalechiprecipe

04.01.2022 Spring has finally sprung here in Victoria. A beautiful bee visiting my borage flowers this morning. My front yard smells divine at the moment- I have filled it with freesias which have special childhood memories for me! Happy day everyone! Cheers to health, Natasha

02.01.2022 COVID-19 November 2020 Clinic Update: Following the recent changes to restriction levels, I am able to reopen my clinic for in-person consultations! Masks will be required for those face-to-face consultations. Should you prefer, I continue to offer phone-and Zoom-based appointments.... Medicines can still be picked up from me in a contactless way or can be posted or couriered if required. Remember to keep supporting your immunity at this time with nutrients such as Zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin D and healthy nourishing fruits and vegetables!! If you get sick though, don’t forget about herbal medicines which are an essential part of my toolbox for acute illness! You can contact me via email [email protected] or alternatively give me a call to make an appointment! Stay safe - Natasha
