24.01.2022 76 Toorak Rd Inverloch. Sol Studio Gallery. Our clients on this Job are artists in residence, Nick Perrin and Meg Hayley. Both very talented artists, they had a vision of what they would like their gallery to look like. We were able to create that vision for them. From drawing plans, getting permits and then constructing from the ground up. Working with qualified specialists trades and getting the certificate of occupancy. The end result is stunning. But with everyone fighting fit, today we worked with Dowie Works creating a privacy and noise reducing fence at BIG4 Inverloch Holiday Park. 50m long and 2250 high. We look forward to posting the photos of the finished product.

08.01.2022 What sets our fences apart from others? We start by digging the holes to at least 650mm deep. We mix concrete on site and then allow 4-5 days drying time. This insures a good strong base on which to build upon. We use treated pine plinth, rails and palings with cypress posts. All rails are checked out and Batten screwed onto posts. 04.01.2022 This week we have been busy cleaning gutters on a two storey home. The owners are keen to maximise rainfall collection when the rains come. Safety is always first! This was the first time using our new anchoring bracket. The bracket attaches securely to the roof with the safety harness coming off that. 02.01.2022 This house was suffering from the effects of its outdated dark textured paint finish. The entry was dark and unwelcoming. We sanded back the walls, patched the holes and replaced some trim before our painter worked his magic. The results a light, bright and welcoming entrance.
