19.01.2022 From today, you may notice something a little different in the clinic. To reduce risk for everyone around, we’re going to be wearing masks in the practice as of this week. Whilst we haven’t had any issues with Covid exposure, and the Central Coast is still looking virus-free, we believe it is in your best interest that we reduce risk and wear these flashy things when treating. As always, if you’re feeling under the weather, please don’t attend your appointment. Instead, give us a call and we can reschedule for after you’re feeling better.

I nominate ... The rules are simple: *Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day. *Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25 *Every day you must nominate a different person. Let's reach as many people as possible.Let's hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, you are not alone and we are here for you.
