22.01.2022 Thank you for everyone’s patience and understanding during this difficult time. Some exciting news is that Complete Health and Massage will be re-opening on Tuesday 9th June. Our clinic is committed to upholding safety and hygiene procedures for the health of our clients and practitioners. So, we ask if all clients could please: - Attend your appointment on time (there will be no waiting room)... - Attend your appointment on your own unless a minor or elderly client is receiving treatment. - Sanitise upon entering the clinic (which will be provided) - Allow for temperature checking and health questions on arrival - Reschedule your appointment if you’re unwell with any cold or flu like symptoms Thank you to all of my clients for your ongoing support and co-operation. 21.01.2022 Hi Complete Health & Massage clients, due to growing demand and a waiting list for appointments there will be a cancellation/no show fee effective from January 2020. If you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will accrue a 50% appointment fee. 07.01.2022 On behalf of myself, Shepparton Hand Therapy and Shepparton Speech Pathology our clinic is still continuing as normal until further notice. We are committed to protecting our community during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ensuring the safety of our patients, practitioners and families, we ask if all clients could please reschedule their appointments if: *You have travelled overseas in the past 14 days * Been in close contact with a suspected or proven case of COVID-19... *If your feeling unwell with any signs and symptoms of a cold or flu such as a cough, fever, difficulty breathing etc We will be asking all patients as they enter the clinic to please use the hand sanitiser or washing facilities provided before treatment.
