19.01.2022 To our valued Sunbury Community, As we are considered a Medical Service, Complete Healthcare Clinic Sunbury will still be operating as normal and our business hours will remain the same, unless we are advised otherwise. As our State Premier has announced, we will be entering STAGE 4 restrictions. ... We would also like to highlight that we are taking every pre-caution possible at the Clinic to keep both you, your family and our staff safe. These include: 1. Screening of patients and staff. 2. Hand sanitiser for patients and staff to use when entering and leaving the clinic. 3. Tables and rooms are wiped down with alcohol pre and post each treatment. 4. Purifas TM face shield covers for the bed. 5. All Practitioners, Admin and Patients are required to wear a facemask. 6. Temperatures are taken when entering the Clinic for patients and staff. 7. We would also like patients to ring the Clinic when they arrive as you may need to wait in your car. Our Practitioners and staff appreciate your ongoing support through these tough times and we will continue to give you the best care possible to help treat and manage your back pain/ headaches/ postural strains/ or any other muscular injuries. If you have any questions or would like to make an appointment, please call the clinic on 97408838 or visit our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/CompleteHealthCareClinicSunbury/) or our website http://www.completehealthcareclinic.com.au We would also like to thank Marilyn and Annette from one of our local businesses Creative Stitches in Evans Street, for making our 4layer barrier masks for both our staff, family, Grandparents and great Grandparents. It was quite a big order and they both did amazing! From all of us at CHCS, stay safe and take care.

16.01.2022 Hi everyone, We hope you are as well as can be, and that you and your families are staying safe during this difficult time. With Melbourne starting lockdown stage 3 as of today, we wanted to ensure you that Complete Healthcare Clinic will be operating as normal. As we are an essential service, our hours will not be changing.... With all the safety measures and protocols we have put in place, we are very confident with maintaining a healthy and safe environment, for both our patients and staff. We would like to say a big thank you to all of our patients for your support in adhering to our COVID19 safety and essential guidelines for attending our Clinic. Maria, Elaine, Carol and Emma have been incredible, keeping the forte going and monitoring all COVID19 safety hygiene requirements are being met and our Practitioners are doing a wonderful job meeting the needs of our patients. We have an amazing team at CHC and we are very greatful. As a reminder to all patients, we kindly request: - Please sanitise your hands on arrival and when leaving the clinic. - Please try to avoid bringing extra people to the appointment to reduce the numbers of people in the clinic at any one time. - Maximum 3 patients in the waiting room at any time. If you're early, please wait in your car until your appointment time. As an extra measure, we have added a touchless forehead temperature monitoring on entry into the clinic. Lastly, to ensure the ongoing safety of all patients and our staff: * If you are unwell or have any cold or flu symptoms please reschedule your appointment. * Given the nature of our work, it is extremely important you do the right thing and reschedule. We are happy to help you with a telehealth phone appointment if you need to chat to someone but are feeling unwell. Once again we appreciate your ongoing support through these tough times and we will continue to give you the best care possible to help manage your back pain/ headaches/ WFH postural pain/ or any other muscular injuries. If you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at the clinic on (03) 97408838. Stay safe and thank you again from the team at Complete Healthcare Sunbury.

08.01.2022 Dear Sunbury Community. We hope everyone had a safe weekend and you were able to enjoy some of the much needed sunshine. Due to being in stage 4 restrictions, there are some changes that have had to be implemented when making appointments with our Osteopaths.... We are still OPEN however it is NOT business as usual. The following information explains the changes. * IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING MAKING AN APPOINTMENT. 1. NO referral is required from your GP/specialist for Osteopathic Treatment in stage 4 restrictions. However, we are only permitted to treat URGENT cases in a face to face consultation. URGENT meaning, if you do not receive Osteopathic treatment your condition will deteriorate or would escalate to a degree that would then require you to see your GP or visit a hospital. If you feel your condition is urgent or if you would like to discuss your condition, please call us on (03) 9740 8838. It is important to remember that everyones health is important, so please don't hesitate to contact us and discuss. 2. We are offering Telehealth consultations to patients who do not require face to face consultation. 3. When making an appointment please be patient as all prospective appointments will be screened for urgency by an osteopath. If it does not fall as urgent, the osteopath will offer a Telehealth service to help you through this time. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during these times. Your health and safety are paramount to us and it is important for us to help you and the community through these times. We keep you informed of all changes that will impact the running of the clinic as we are directed by the DHHS. We are here to provide you with help and support, please keep in touch with us via phone or email. Keep Safe Complete Healthcare Sunbury.

05.01.2022 Happiest of Birthday wishes to our Superhero Jeremy. We hope you have an awesome day

05.01.2022 So beautiful to see the snow again on our doorsteps. Disappointing we can’t go build snowmen or throw snowballs at each other but very grateful to be at home safe. Have a lovely weekend, keep warm and stay safe.

02.01.2022 We hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday afternoon. Heres a bit of fun for the kids. Our family decided to join in and do this activity and show our support. The kids spent this afternoon colouring in and told us they decided to be triplets and have similar entries. We also enjoyed being creative with them but won’t be submitting our colouring in lol despite Martys daughters telling him that his entry would definitely win. Daddies girls for sure! Enjoy. Sportility is runn...ing a free national design competition Design Heroes to support the return of grassroots sporting teams and clubs around the country. Players simply download and print this cartoon to design a uniform for highly-regarded NBA and NBL player, Andrew Bogut. By posting their entry via Instagram tagging @sportility and hashtag #sponsoredgear, players will have the chance to win amazing prizes for their team, supported by national brand partners Optus, uno Home Loans, Petzyo, 86400, CareerOne, and Wisr. As a Sportility ambassador, Andrew Bogut said that it was important to start planning ahead and boosting team spirit and morale, particularly amongst kids. This is a great initiative for kids to feel actively involved with supporting their teams as they start returning back to a normal routine. A simple design will not only engage players, but also help rebuild the camaraderie and team spirit in what has been an isolating time.
