10.01.2022 Update on Doris. In November she had a small setback after suffering a stroke. The neurologist told her she would get no more than 30% use of her left side back.... We are obviously way past that. There's little doubt that having a 75x5x3 squat, 55x5x3 press and a 120 pound deadlift before the stroke helped her recovery. We are excited to sets some new PRs in 2019. See more
