02.01.2022 In regards to the today's government announcement, we can confirm that our Long Day Care services will remain open. There are no working permits required at this stage. We will be requiring all visitors to wear a mandatory mask, sanitise their hands and will be recommencing temperature checks when entering our services.... As per our Covid Safe Plan, there will be a limit of 2 people permitted within our foyers at any one time and we encourage only one parent/guardian to drop off or collect. Our additional cleaning and risk management plans will continue. This list includes regular disinfecting of; High traffic areas and surfaces, toys and equipment, tables and chairs, bathrooms and kitchenettes. We will also continue assisting children with cleaning of hands and the practice of good cough hygiene. Our rosters have been created with staff consistency in mind, to lessen staff contact across services. In regards to OSHC services, these will remain open to children who are permitted to attend school (ie, children of essential workers). If your child is absent from our OSHC services, please lodge this absence via our My Family Lounge app. This is all the information we have available at this time. We we will continue to send out updates as we receive them. Please be patient with us whilst we go through this together. We encourage all our families to remain updated and follow the advise outlined from DHS.
