18.01.2022 Great way of looking at things when you need motivation! Motivation to stick with your workouts or motivation to get started in the first place. Of course it is great when your chosen workouts happen to be fun rather than uncomfortable! Experiment, find out what your favourite types of exercises are so that you enjoy your workouts more. However, you will also most likely find that the slightly uncomfortable & even very strenuous workouts actually make you feel the best once ...you get going!! Push yourself - Hard workouts get results, make us feel fitter and stronger and elevate our mood & confidence straight away. Just starting the workout is most of the battle won, once you have started, you always think: "Hey this actually feels great, I'm glad I am exercising! why do I always forget this feeling!?!" --> Just start your workout and then once you're a few minutes in, you'll forget about any excuses or complaints and you'll be thankful you started! :D Now I'm off to take my own advice and go workout! ;) See more
