19.01.2022 When it comes to Studio Owners there are three types of people... Cheetah's, Lions & Elephants. They all tend to get where they are going, but the pace changes according to what type you are. Cheetah's are in the fast lane. They have their eye on the prize and they need to get there as fast as possible. Sure they get there first, but if they don't keep their on the prize, they can get off course pretty fast. Elephants are more in the slow lane. They are careful about every st...ep, weighing up the pros and cons and moving towards their target. Sometimes everyone else is waiting for them at their destination, but they get there in the end. Lion's are somewhere in the middle. They like to take action, but are also careful and steady. Who are you in the grand scheme of things? Are you a Cheetah, Lion or Elephant. We asked our ninjas the question in our last workshop and the results were hilarious. By the way, there is not right or wrong. Everyone gets to their destination. But knowing which lane you are in, means you're not constantly comparing yourself to people in other lanes.

16.01.2022 Last week on one of our weekly Q&A Sessions with our ninjas, one of our ninjas asked a great question, which was ‘When is the right time to start paid advertising for my business.’ It’s a common mistake that a lot of studio owners mistake in thinking that because Facebook Ads exist they should just go ahead and run Facebook Ads. If you’ve ever run some Facebook Ads, you’ll quickly realise that it’s not as easy as some marketers make it out to be. Firstly, it’s a steep learnin...g curve. But more important, there are so many people advertising and so many messages in front of people that it can sometimes be hard to get any traction. The best thing to do before you run any Facebook Ads is build up brand equity with your audience. You can’t ask someone for their money, if you first haven’t built a little equity with them - some goodwill. So, before you go spending money and putting offers in front of people’s faces, start by building up some great and valuable content for your audience. Double down on organic social media, create videos that help people and boost them to your ideal audience. Once you have built up these audiences, then you can go ahead and create some paid advertising offers for your audience. Not only will it be easier, it will also be cheaper to acquire leads.

Attention means people stop in the newsfeed and see your posts. People seeing your posts means more likes and comments. More likes and comments means more conversations with prospects. More conversations means more leads and offline conversations. Win their attention and you win the game.

We've worked with the fitness industry for many years now and we love it so much, we love the energy and excitement about being around fitness professionals. But increasingly we've also found ourself moving into the emerging industry of wellness with it's softer and more balanced feel. We felt we needed to reflect that in our new branding, so we've gone with some subtly softer colours and a more fluid font choice.
