22.01.2022 No One Left Behind is born Neill is one of our awesome team members committed to this new heart felt movement. During the Lock-down we were discussing what we can do to remain busy and help others in the process, and Neill revealed he made this mask. When i asked him why, he said....... I made this mask as a sort of semi-serious joke, almost to challenge myself to see if I could do it. I had heard on the news that there was huge mask shortages for frontline workers and so whilst looking at the sewing machine out of the corner of my eye I thought, ‘there’s bound to be a sewing tutorial on YouTube’ and so I just jumped right in. I took one of my old singlets that my wife hated and cut it up; and in lieu of elastic for the ear loops I used string. The pattern was really easy to follow except for the pleats but I finished it and it turned out exactly how you’d expect it to from a man in his 30’s who has never sewn before Looks awful works ok. I wasn’t thinking that I would be able to provide thousands of masks to the frontline workers but simply thinking what can I do, personally to help people in need at this time? I wondered if there was a little old lady somewhere that’s afraid to do her shopping because she doesn’t want to get sick and she can’t get hold of a mask. If there was then just maybe my crappy little mask could make her life a little better. As a local business run by humans in the community, we recognise the power of the intention to serve another for no other reason but because that what awesome people do, and if this were to catch on by the whole community, what an amazing force we could be together. We could become a demonstration of what is possible in unity and challenge other states No One Left Behind or #NOLB is the intention and the starting line. Check it out and see how far we can take this thing: www.Nolb.life

05.01.2022 All in a days work for our team, but never the less its always great to have feedback like this: "just a small email to say thank you for a smooth and well-organised removal experience. Clint and Nathan were wonderful and worked like troopers the whole day and were happy to help however they could. Very professional and nice people whom we trusted with our belongings. And thank you too for the professional administrative aspects of the job. All has gone like clockwork! In...dicators of a great team at homebase and out on the road.." Barbara Craig
