24.01.2022 Excited to share this townhouse in Mornington. This is the only one constructed to date. This luxury 4 bedroom with large living areas and massive yard is a great sized family home. The guys @gilpiphomes did a fantastic job in bringing this to life.

23.01.2022 A facade should be the first view into the style of the house. The facades should then flow into the entry way, into the kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms. Colours are also very important and should remain consistent.

20.01.2022 An old project but still a successful one. I took over this after a permit was issued with a world of problems. I had to make some design changes to make it compliment with the water authority and move a few things internally to get it to be a little more usable.

19.01.2022 These 2 single storey units were a great achievement considering the block constraints. The block narrowed down to the rear making size very difficult. In the end we were still about to get them to work which was fantastic.

11.01.2022 Another awesomely completed townhouse development. James at Jem has done a great job with the styling of these. He made fantastic choices with the kitchen especially as we were limited for space in this design after being forced to lose 3m off the frontage.

08.01.2022 Quality bathroom designs are highly essential. Smart placement, scale and decor ties in the space. Don’t go for oversized as free movement without bumping into everything is key. You can also have too much space. There is no need to have a bathroom so large you could fit a double bed in the middle.

02.01.2022 Single storey side by sides are an under rated development. Not only are they easy to maintain, you keep the older generation in the market. These great 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom units are spacious, have a great kitchen and open living area. The extra wow here was the use of sizzle trusses to create a partially raked ceiling over the meals.

01.01.2022 Our MacDonald Avenue townhouses are finally complete & they look fantastic. The owner styled this magnificently. The attention to detail is amazing. I love this project and am very proud of the result.
