14.01.2022 Important information you need to know for the running program!! - 31st of October will be the start date. This is where we will complete a 2km time trail in order to give us a base line fitness. The second test will be on the 19th of December (7 weeks later) to see the improvement. -... Using the 2km time, two individualised programs will be written to be completed throughout the week by yourself. These programs will be built around the idea of training at your maximal aerobic speed (MAS). - DM to book your spot. The next two people to join will receive the early bird offer of $25. 09.01.2022 The deadlift is a hip dominant, hamstring exercise. Let’s remember to keep our shins vertical, trunk horizontal and load our hamstrings. - Let’s make sure we aren’t squatting. Therefore, letting our knees come forward and loading our quads!! You can see the difference between both movements. You can see in the squat my knees go forward and chest lifts. - Let’s make sure we load our hamstrings and posterior chain when we deadlift!!

05.01.2022 Preseason has started for all winter sports and it’s time to get an edge over your competition. Cardiovascular fitness is vital for success, so why not get a head start!! Too finish off the year I will be running a 7 week running program to help improve your cardiovascular fitness. This will involve 2 testing days (start and finish). You will be given two seperate conditioning programs to complete during the week, at your own location. You’ll enter a private group for motiva...tion, recovery tips and support. Finally, Group sessions will be ran each Saturday to keep you motivated and accountable!! It’s $50 for block of training. However, the first 5 people will get it at half price!!
