We can come out to you, pick up your computer, repair it, wipe it with disinfectant, then drop it off the next day, or the day after. For issues that require us to enter your house, such as wireless Internet or printing problems, we carry hand sanitizer in our cars and use it before every job and wash our hands in soap and water as much as possible. We keep a distance of at least 1.5 metres from anyone. There cannot be 10 or more people at your house. We cannot come out to you if you live in a group residence, such as a retirement home or aged care residence.
