The client couldnt afford to buy a new laptop so our solution was to add an external monitor and set it up like a desktop PC. 11.01.2022 Just a heads up if anyone gets calls claiming to be from the NBN and they are going to disconnect you and want you to pay money - this is most likely a scam. NBN is a wholesale company meaning they dont sell to the public. Only Internet providers like Telstra/Optus/TPG/IINET etc sell you these services. So always be careful who your speaking to and if in doubt simply tell them you will advise your IT person and then give us a call to confirm. ... Same also goes for people claiming to be from Telstra/Optus or whoever and advising you that you have a virus on your PC. They wouldn't know this and again tell them you will let your IT person know.
