05.01.2022 At Computer Resources, we work hard to resolve computer problems and love to receive positive feedback. Sometimes we are sadly unable to restore a broken computer to working order and rarely we believe we have completed a restoration job for a client and the client has a problem with the computer and returns it to us for further restoration work. When we receive a computer under our three months warranty cover, we cheerfully do our very best to resolve a problem and return it... to our clients in good order. We have had two instances of unhappy clients who did not follow the warranty return process and instead used Google Reviews to promote their unhappiness with the standard of our work. We have replied to these people with our feedback. If clients have any problems with computer restoration work, we are always happy to assist and do our best to resolve the problem and return their computer or other device to working order. No other computer repair business in Cairns provides three months warranty with a smile.
