15.01.2022 We apologise to our customers who's jobs are completed and didn't manage to make it into the store yesterday to collect it. We made every effort to call, sms all customers regarding jobs. We had little warning and did the best we could to repair jobs and wait around for people to collect them... Do not harass us over the next 5 days and ask us to break the direction of the Cheif Health Officer just so you can collect your device. Unless you are an essential business needing emergency technical support this will be the only reason one of our technicians will be attending the store or your premises. It's crap, we feel for every customer, we wish we could do more however we must respect and hope you will also respect the directions of SA Government. Stay safe, we are all in this together. Enjoy being disconnected from your device for 5 more days.
