24.01.2022 We do electrical safety testing and certification at Comtest Laboratories
19.01.2022 We’re very excited to announce that our Comtest companies are expanding and we wanted to let you know of the changes. In the last 12 months there have been some major changes made by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) with regards to the certification bodies accreditation system. As of December 31st 2017 there is a new Telecommunication Equipment Certification Scheme (TECS) to be managed by JAS-ANZ. One requirement of the new scheme is that certified b...odies issuing Certified Body Statements are accredited by JAS-ANZ to AS/NZS ISO IEC 17065 and must be independent in operation to any test laboratory operations. As such, our new Certification Body company is Comtest Certification Body Pty Ltd. Due to the expansion of our existing services and the above requirement we have decided to develop a new business banner for all our businesses to operate under Comtest Group. All your current contacts will remain the same, you will just notice the additional names Comtest Certification Body Pty Ltd and Comtest Group appearing more and more, especially the latter as our businesses expand. We hope this assists you with understanding our new structure and I thank you for working with us. We look forward to an exciting and positive relationship in the future! If you have any queries, please let us know.

13.01.2022 MS Charity ride 2018 - Congratulations to the Comtest Team Alex, Tony and Peter completed the MS cycling Charity ride on Sunday the 15th of April, 2018. It was an early start arriving at Flemmington Horse racing track in Melbourne at 6.45am.... Unusually for Melbourne the weather had changed for the weekend after a nice warm week, in came the rain and cold. We all headed off at 7.45am and went on the 30/50 Km course which took us up over the Westgate Bridge which was quite difficult with high wind and rain. Alex and Peter returned to Flemington about two hours later. The ride wasn’t without some drama for team Comtest, Tony sustained a punctured tyre and after waiting for the repair mechanic, just made it over the Westgate Bridge before the cut off time. Besides the wind and the rain it was a great day, a credit to MS Australia for organising such a well run event! The Comtest team supported by the Comtest Group was able to raise a little over $600. Great effort and thanks for everyone’s support! All funds raised from the ride will be used to support the work of MS to fund vital support services to help make the everyday possible for those living with multiple sclerosis.
