20.01.2022 I remember meeting Rhyse at the Sydney Disability Expo nearly two years ago. He was a shy young man in a wheelchair, accompanied by his mum. After chatting with him and listening to his story, I knew that my teams clinical expertise and our specialised equipment could make a positive impact on this young mans life. After Rhyse attended his first session, I knew that he had the potential to make huge progress. His grit, determination and focus shone through immediately. Over... the last 12 months, Rhyse and the team have worked endlessly to transition him from wheelchair bound to now up and standing. He still has a long way to go, but at least there is light at the end of the tunnel. Like in previously shared client stories, this is another example of how Concentric is making such a massive impact in the disability sector. Through a combined approach of clinical excellence, fun and availability of service, we are fundamentally altering peoples lives for the long term. I am so proud of my team and all of those involved, and I cannot wait to see the gains that Rhyse will make over the next few months.

The health and wellbeing of our clients and team members have always been our priority and strict hygiene standards are enforced everyday. Our usual infection control procedures include: - Ensuring hand sanitiser is readily available - Ensuring therapists are washing their hands with soap and water before and after every treatment ... - Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces such as plinths, benches, floors, machines and equipment - Adhering to state health requirements relating to infection control and hygiene policies To further reduce the risk of COVID-19 spreading, we have implemented additional standards: - Screening all clients and therapists to ensure they are healthy and well, and have not been in contact with anyone who has travelled to high or moderate risk countries - Ensuring the use of disinfectant and washing of hands on arrival for all clients - Encouraging all clients to check their temperature on arrival - Ensuring all team members are checking their temperature at least twice a day - Requesting contactless payment from clients where possible - Requesting that unwell clients, or those who have recently travelled overseas, reschedule their appointment after 14 days of isolation Concentrics executive team is closely following the guidelines and updates from the Department of Health and World Health Organisation.
