This can be a multi-erg workout, using as many types of Concept2 ergometers as you have. If you only have one, do the pyramid down then back up again. Start with 4 minutes on each erg, then 3 minutes on each erg, etc. down to 1 minute on each erg. #concept2 #c2challenge #concept2wod

18.01.2022 Spicy! 5 x 3 min. work, 3 min. rest. Your work is 500m on the erg, then use the remainder of your 3 minutes of work for burpees. Your goal is to get as many bur...pees as possible in the five rounds. *** Start in on your erg effort at a moderately hard effort. You do get 3 minutes of rest, but in order to get to those burpees you do need to leave a little in the tank to step away from the 500 meters and keep moving just a little longer. As you get deeper into the workout, you'll have a better idea of how hard you can push. *** If you want to alter the workout and skip the burpees, do it as 5 x 500m/2 min rest. Although we think this will be the most fun on the SkiErg, you can do it on the RowErg or BikeErg (at 1000m), too. Post your results/thoughts with #concept2WOD
