We get news every week from businesses being contacted by automated phone calls claiming they are from NBN and that their service is being disconnected within 24 hours and they line this up in areas where there are upcoming disconnections to make it believable! nbn does not call you with automated assistance to advise you will be disconnected we suggest you hang up the phone.... Never give an unsolicited caller remote access to your computer via the installation of programs such as Team Viewer. While out installing a new NEC system; their cabinet needing a little cable management tidy up and Bob was more than happy to make it look picture perfect!
