It's best to avoid fertility massage while you have your period. If you are trying to conceive naturally the ideal time to have the massage is after you have finished your period up until ovulation, 1-2 times per month. If you are going through IVF it's best to have regular treatments (weekly-fortnight...ly) until embryo transfer. If you are having treatments for painful periods, endometriosis, PCOS, cysts, fibroids, cycle regulation, menopause, the best time is when you're not menstruating, 1-3 times per month.
