22.01.2022 We are so excited for this Thursdays industry class This weeks guest... STEFAN LAGOULIS.... A performer from a young age appearing in many productions and competitions. At the age of 15 Stefan began his professional Performing career which allowed him to work here in Australia and internationally, as well as training and completing high school at Patrick School of The Arts (formally known as PSA). ... Recently Stefan has appeared in Disneys Aladdin The Musical - performing in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. He has also appeared in the telemovie Olivia: hopelessly devoted to you starring Delta Goodrem, performed with Opera Australia in their production of Faust. Not only does he perform but Stefans Choreography has received many Awards and National Titles and has also appeared on Channel 10s Little Big Shots. We are so excited to welcome Stefan to our industry program where he will be taking our students through a Theatre Jazz class

21.01.2022 We definitely didnt hear the news we wanted today. But understand why this is necessary for our future and safety Unfortunately by what was said today it seems we wont be returning to face-to-face classes until atleast November 23rd. If all goes to plan we will be finishing Term 4 off with a bang at the studio I also want to promise everyone that were not going anywhere we are here for the long run. We have an amazing community full of hard working teachers, studen...ts and parents. I have so much already planned for 2021, lots of new exciting teachers to come on board as guests continuing our ability to grow rapidly and provide the best quality of training for our students. Aswell as plenty of performance opportunitys to make up for what we have missed! I want to thank every single family, student, parent or wider community member who has contributed and participated in online classes. If it wasnt for you none of this would be possible and we would not be reopening our doors! Thankyou for believing in me and the studio even during hard times. CSPA and myself will forever be in debt to our incredible community who has truly come together in an unprecedented time. This is what gives me the strength to keep this show on the road! While this time is so difficult for us all, I know it will pass and when it does... I cannot WAIT to be reunited with you all. Give all of our students the biggest hug possible and step back into the building that is a safe place for so many As always our (virtual) door is always open to anyone who may be struggling during these times. 17.01.2022 TONIGHTS INDUSTRY GUEST..... INDIGO HUNT. Indigo is a highly accomplished and sought-after performer, and one of the most exciting up and coming choreographic talents in Melbourne. She has trained in many styles of dance at an elite level, and has toured Australia in dance theatre productions; recently performing to sold out crowds at the Sydney Opera House in Matador.... Indigos versatility and work ethic allows her to work in many areas of the dance industry; featuring in music videos (Lanks- twentyseven), on television (Miss Fishers Modern Murder Mysteries for Channel 7) and in short films (Up Here). She consistently performs at corporate and commercial events around the country; including at the AFL Grand Final for Tones and I, and at the Australian Open alongside Guy Sebastian and Sheppard. She has been fortunate enough to showcase her unique artistry at other prestigious venues such as Melbourne Arena, Marvel Stadium, the National Gallery of Victoria and Rod Laver Arena. Most recently, she performed in Cheap Luxuries and Expired Dreams; a commercial dance theatre production by Donnie Dimase. As a choreographer, Indigo has showcased her work in the shows FOUR, No Limits and BOUND by Boss Dance Company, and has worked with youth companies such as the Boss Generation and Locreado Dance Program. In 2019, she was the ballet choreographer for the immersive dance theatre experience Mansion. She consistently works as a guest choreographer at elite competitions schools around Australia, and was also named the champion of GROUNDED: Battle of the Arts in 2018. Looking forward to seeing our students take part in this weeks Industry Class with Indigo taking them through a Contemporary class.

16.01.2022 THIS WEEKS INDUSTRY GUEST Ellie Cooper Elorah began dancing a little later than most dancers in the professional industry... begin but her love for dance grew hard and strong right from the start. At 11 Elorah began dancing with a simple 1 hour ballet class once a week but by age 13 Elorah was dancing between 5 and 6 nights a week covering every style of dance. Growing up and training in Melbourne, Australia allows Elorah many opportunities to train and perform with the best. After completing 2 years full-time dance at Australias leading dance college - Patrick Studios Australia she begun her professional career was a dancer. Beginning in 2013 with a show called Cabaret de Paris in Queensland , Australia at only 19 years old. Immediately following this she performed in a contract at Melbournes Crown Casino. In 2014 Elorahs international career begun. With 2 consecutive cruise ship contracts throughout America, Bahamas and SouthEast Asia onboard Norwegian Cruise Line - Sky and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line - Mariner of the Seas. After 2 years onboard Elorah headed home where she performed as a principal dancer and dance captain on the Australian Tour of Cabaret De Paris. At the close of this tour Elorah made her way to Macau where she was Dance Captain on a contract of Viva La Broadway at The Broadway Theatre, Galaxy Casino, Macau. At the beginning of 2017 Elorah returned home from Macau only to fly to Paris with in weeks to begin her contract as a principal dancer at the boutique cabaret La Nouvelle Eve in the show Paris je taime. Elorah is currently performing as a prestigious Bluebelle dancer at Lido de Paris and after only a short time with this company has been promoted to a swinging position and is beginning to build and grow through this incredible company..... We are so grateful and excited to have Ellie take our students through a LYRICAL class this evening

Thankyou to all staff, parents and students who have taken time to send messages and well wishes. CSPA will not be giving up through these hard times and as a team we will continue to support our students through dance and their everyday lives. Unfortunately we will not be starting Term 3 as we hoped but we will continue to train, create and dance through the challenges we are currently facing.
