13.01.2022 We are thrilled to announce that Coady Green will be our new Artistic Director for 2020! Coady is active as a concert pianist both in Australia and internationally. Having spent over a decade living and working in London where he was on staff at the University of London (Goldsmiths College) and Royal College of Music, he was Artistic Director of the UK Liszt Society, and the Artistic Director of the Alkan Society, and established the International Liszt Society Piano Prize, ...which is now in 7th year. He is currently on performance staff at Melbourne Conservatorium of Music, University of Melbourne. He looks forward to helping the top level of emerging young musicians in Melbourne and to assist with exciting opportunities for them at a formative stage in their early musical careers. 13.01.2022 Salut d'Amour Elgar's fiancé, Alice wrote him a poem on their engagement: "The Wind at Dawn" () which was hastily retitled "Love's Grace". Elgar in response wrote her a musical valentine he called "Liebesgruss" which was later published as "Salut d'Amour".
