20.01.2022 My client's have worked extremely hard over the past weeks and it shows physically and also mentally. I will be forever grateful that they allowed me into their journey. We decided to have a night of drinks to celebrate our journey together/birthday drinks. I love all my clients and am excited to see the next chapter in our journey. These were the only photos I was able to get of our night and I didn't get a photo of everyone but it was a great night out with all of you!

13.01.2022 Have you set your New Year Goal? Use the SMART goal tool to help you achieve your goal this year. When setting a goal, be SPECIFIC about what it is you want to achieve...(eg. Run 10km, 100kg deadlift, 5kg weightloss). ... How are you going to MEASURE your goal? Track your progress, take photos or set mini goals to allow you to reach your goal. Is your goal ACHIEVABLE? This focuses on how important your goal is to you and what you do to achieve it. Think about 'how am I going to achieve this goal and do I have the tools to achieve my goal?' If you don't have the tools/skis to achieve your goal, consider what it would take to get to your goal. This may be in the form of getting a coach to help you. Have you made a goal that is REALISTIC for a TIMEFRAME? Really think about what you want to achieve within a timeframe? Make sure you are not setting a goal that is going to be too hard to reach. Making a goal to run a marathon in 6 weeks time with no running experience will have too much pressure being applied to yourself and ultimately may have a negative effect on your motivation. I recommend to all my clients to have an ultimate goal to work toward, however have small goals along the way to achieve to keep your motivation high.
