We will be arranging the sorting and labelling of the prizes over the next two weeks and will anticipate having the childrens prizes ready to be handed out in week 3 on their attendance day.... The new close off date will now be Friday 20th March at 11.59pm for all online donations and 3:00pm on Friday 20th March for all cash donations. What do you need to do next? If you have collected cash donations, complete the back page of the booklet and place it in the yellow P&C box with the correct cash strictly by Friday 3:00pm If you have collected donations online only - Await close off date and select prizes through your online account within 7 days. (An email will be sent to you from the company with instructions/ reminders). Prize delivery will be arranged to the school 7-10 days after the close off date subject to the Coronavirus situation. The weather is looking perfect with a clear sunny day predicted. *Parents and carers are welcome to attend the walkathon event commencing at approximately 11:30am *Our canteen will be open for snacks at 3:00pm... *The teachers will hand out tickets before 3pm today to children of families who preordered sausages *Pre ordered sausages can be collected from the pick up area which will be located next to the canteen windows from 3pm after children are dismissed to their carers. *Limited extra sausages will be available by cash purchase $2.50 from the canteen window from 3pm *Sponsorship collecting continues to the 27th March 2020 Any questions please feel free to contact Leigh McLeod 0430829177 Thank you to our school community for your support with this fundraiser.
