25.01.2022 Just a few progress photos what we achieved in just under 2 days. Had all the pier holes dug by lunch on Friday, most of them 1800 deep. Then the heavens opened up, and as most of you know red clay and moisture dont make ideal outside working conditions. Post concrete in on Monday, weather permitting!

25.01.2022 Charcoal Sandstone sleepers in Smooth finish is what this #bonoginvalleycommunity job required. We excavated towards the bank to widen the track to gain acces...s to the rear of the property for the clients camper. Being Charcoal I dont think the red soil will stain the concrete at all compared to if the sleepers were natural grey finish. See more

24.01.2022 Working out at the #mudbrick cottage Herb Farm this week replacing retaining walls that have weathered the test of time. These walls support the fruit trees so we installed new concrete pads for the fruit trees to be displayed on. Still a little work to do by the owner to complete the renovation but well on the way.

23.01.2022 Thought I should post a little job. Rental home in Ashmore where the owner is in for the long ownership. With a 35yr warranty why not invest in your properties value.

23.01.2022 Sleeper placement today.

22.01.2022 Back at Pine ridge road Coombabah replacing timber retaining walls with Concrete Sleepers. The only issue with the walls we build is once we have replaced the timber wall with concrete we dont have to go back again as the sleepers are guaranteed for 35yrs. Price is forgotten long after quality is remembered. #sunnyridgegardens.

22.01.2022 Completed job at Parkwood with a Gramline Fence mounted onto the fence brackets. The post have been painted out to match the fence.

22.01.2022 All completed at Parkwood. Excavated to the fence line to gain more space for the clients. This area is going to be concreted. We even installed a new wall up behind the shed.

21.01.2022 All done at Worongary. How good does the Coke coloured Gramline fence look mounted on top of the retaining wall.

21.01.2022 Back at St Michaels College preparing for new works

20.01.2022 Back to Lennox this week to complete a small wall between these houses. I installed the wall in the last photos just after Christmas this year.

20.01.2022 Graphite sandstone Sleepers are a great choice when used in this red soil country. Certainly reduces the risk staining plain concrete. This job was recently completed in #Lennox #epic. #coralhomes #ballina... #concretesleeperretaining #northernrivers See more

19.01.2022 Back at #EPIC at #Lennox constructing another #concretesleeperretainingwall for #coralhomes client.

19.01.2022 All completed at Maudsland. Another successfully erected Concrete sleeper wall.

18.01.2022 One we finished a while ago. Smooth grey sleepers with a stepped bottom straight top good neighbour timber fence.

18.01.2022 I am currently on a job at Pimpama for a client who owns these duplexs as investment. I constructed a wall at the rear of the property last week and was back there today to finish off a small wall above it. We drove the machine down the side of the house as we had done many times last week and the neighbouring retaining wall supporting my access collapsed. My client is responsible for that wall as it is holding back his land which was a cut and fill site at construction s...tage of the original build. To say he is unhappy with having to install another new wall, totally not budgeted for. Treated pine sleepers do get termites. Yes they are cheaper, but they are shit. They rot off in moist conditions. All retaining walls are moist more often than when they are dry. See more

18.01.2022 Completed this wall today at Coomera waters. Been a long time since Ive worked with a water view. Graphite Sandstone wall looks the goods in this surrounding.

17.01.2022 At Parkwood at the moment , a bit of excavation work before we install a wall, weve dug our 30 cubic meters so far.

17.01.2022 After loosing a couple of days due to wet weather finally got this job completed.

15.01.2022 We did a wall this week in Wollongbar. Had to apply for the COVID 19 pass to re enter QLD. No problems going across the border and easy to come home! This wall is Ironbark 2.0m sleepers. ... We managed to get the block cut back to the boundary to give my clients more flat land, luckily a machine operating nearby was chasing additional fill on a #NCL homes site. Win Win for everyone!

15.01.2022 How good that we constantly get called back to do additional work from previously supplied clients. I do a lot of work for Schools and Body corporate complexes. Here is an example of a job we did this week at #StMichaelsCatholicCollege #Merrimac. #concrete sleepers Before and after photos.

13.01.2022 Drilling action in a bit of hard ground.

13.01.2022 What a challenging couple of weeks its been with the rain. Images are of a site we had to do rain or shine to allow the build process to proceed. Gotta love mud!

12.01.2022 All completed at Goonellabah. Very dry. Excuse the dust all over the wall.

12.01.2022 On a new job today before being rained off again. Progress images will be posted as we proceed with the job.

11.01.2022 Well on the way to being completed. Out of Lennox Head tomorrow mid morning

10.01.2022 Its nice to be south of the border, once again in Mullumbimby. Installing a CSRW for another Coral Homes client.

09.01.2022 Just another string to the bow. Long term client All Saints Anglican School at Merrimac got smashed by the recent rain event Friday 17th and needed assistance removing flood debris from car parks and repairing boundary fences to keep the neighbours stock from entering the school grounds. One of the many diverse roles that we can undertake at URBANSCAPE.

09.01.2022 A little job we did late this week. Neighbours of mine are re landscaping their backyard and for 20 years have had to walk around to get access to their lower area. I installed these simple yet effective stairs and landings to meet up with the aluminium bridge supplied by a jetty builder.

07.01.2022 Just finished a job for a local tradie at his unit in Labrador. Just goes to show how important it is to support small business with word of mouth recommendation, any job is a good job at the moment. This is possibly the smallest job we would undertake.

07.01.2022 On a little wall for a Coral Homes client at Maudsland.

05.01.2022 On the job at Elanora Replacing a Timber retaining wall and fence with a Concrete Sleeper Retaining Wall and Gramline Fence.

05.01.2022 We completed this retaining wall today. These stepped walls do create a challange. Let along the difficulty with access. The owners are replacing the fence with #gramline metal fencing. This will be bolted to the fence brackets as shown in the images. #nerangretainingwalls ... #bodycorporate See more

05.01.2022 Completed a wall and timber fence at Currumbin Waters last week

04.01.2022 Just a little bugger to get out of the hole!

04.01.2022 In NSW at the moment working on another concrete sleeper retaining wall and earthworks to gain my clients more space behind their home. Lucky we are on a rural block and can loose the fill to create more flat land for the kids to play.

04.01.2022 We have just completed this retaining wall and Gramline fence in Elanora. It takes a bit of effort to fit these fence panels what are 2380mm onto the retaining wall panes that are 1530mm or 2000mm. But the effort pays off with a good looking long lasting product. The strength and durability of Concrete and steel, why would you ever consider anything else.

02.01.2022 Started a Wall today in Wollongbar NSW. Engineering specifications for pier holes in this area are substantial 1400mm high wall 2100mm deep piers (massive). This wall wont go anywhere.

02.01.2022 Our view at Burleigh waters today.

02.01.2022 Started a new job today at Worongary. Access pretty good on this one.
