25.01.2022 HEATHCOTE ON SHOW PACK Due to Heathcote On Show being cancelled, we’ve decided to bring it to you! In collaboration with Bake Me I’m Yours, we’ve put together a pack for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home during the Queens Birthday long weekend. The pack comprises of 3 of our wines and each accompanied with a ‘cake in a jar’ created by the talented Nicole Curnow from Bake Me I’m Yours (www.bakemeimyours.com).... Black Forest Decadence & 2017 The Gwen Shiraz: Moist layers of dark mud filled with silky smooth vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream and refreshingly tart cherry conserve. Pair this decadent dark chocolate combination with 2017 The Gwen Shiraz. The tannins are a perfect complement to the rich indulgent cake characteristics. Red Velvet Indulgence & 2018 Giarracca Sangiovese: Fluffy, soft, buttery and moist red velvet layered with a luscious and unctuous cream cheese frosting. 2018 Giarracca Sangiovese will bring out the undertones of chocolate and enhanced with it’s own cherry flavours. Carrot Cake Lusciousness & 2016 The Naked Run Viognier: Caramel sweet flavours of carrot and brown sugar with warm spices and textured walnut crunch layered with lemon scented cream frosting. The Naked Run Viognier’s texture and its slightly sweet stone fruit undertones with citrus flavours and acidity are a great match to the carrot cakes creamy components.
