24.01.2022 In English, Stage 5 students are finishing off the year with a unit on ‘Drama’. This morning, Ms McHugh kindly ran a Drama workshop for some of our Year 9 students. We all had a great time sharpening our performance skills and learnt a lot about using body language and voice to act out a story. Thank you Ms McHugh.

19.01.2022 Condobolin High School held a red mufti day on Tuesday. $850 was raised which will be donated to Ronald McDonald House in Orange.

Belinda will be working closely with our Wellbeing Team to implement a range of student support initiatives and working with students in a one on one and small group capacity. 18.01.2022 This morning LAP held their HSC Graduation Assembly over video conferencing with the four schools. Condobolin High School , Ungarie Central School, Tullibigeal Central School and Lake Cargelligo Central School. Mrs Karen Burke, the Director, Educational Leader of the West Wyalong Network gave the welcome speech and Ms Ev Gardner gave the Acknowledgement of Country. Students received certificates for First in Course, Merit Awards and Distinguished Achievements. Mr Adam Raymond sent a message of congratulations. Each student was presented with a Graduate Certificate. We wish the class of 2020 all the best with their upcoming HSC.

13.01.2022 PRESENTATION DAY - Merit Awards

12.01.2022 As part of the Central West e-library consortium Trivia Challenge, Condobolin High School held its Trivia quiz heat in the library yesterday lunchtime. Aided by popcorn and minties (thankyou Caro and Sherrie), 6 teams from years 7 - 10 and one teacher-student team, faced 5 rounds of questions. The winning team from Year 9, The Combustible Lemons - Emma Buckland, Jessica Kiss and Catherine McDonald, received canteen vouchers as their prize. They will go on to play other teams from schools in the Central West next Thursday. Thanks also, and well done to the teams: 10MAS; Siri; B.E.A; Dinosaurs, and Crazy Horses - as well as teachers Bec Cullen and Joshua Stevens who joined forces with Matthew Brasnett.

05.01.2022 Today Xavier Grimshaw was recognised by the Dorothea Mackellar Poetry Awards for his participation in their 2020 student poetry competition. Ms Hope, the Relieving Head Teacher of English/HSIE, presented him with a certificate acknowledging his entry as well as a collection of poetry published by the organisation. This year, the awards committee received an enormous 7,600 poetry submissions writing on the optional theme 'We used to live there'. Congratulations for being a part of it, Xavier!

05.01.2022 Today Condobolin High School participated in Lavendar Day to support Condobolin Can Assist. Students wore purple and held a cake stall. The day raised $430. Thankyou to all those who supported this cause.

04.01.2022 On Tuesday 4 August Mrs Karen Burke, Director Educational Leadership for the West Wyalong Network spent time with our Leadership Team. Mrs Burke spoke about the quality work our Leaders do and the contribution they make to our school. Each Leader was presented with an award to recognise their individual contribution.

03.01.2022 Don't forget Red Day tomorrow 22 September. Wear your red clothes and bring a gold coin donation. All money raised will go to Ronald McDonald House. The school canteen will also be holding their own Red Day.

03.01.2022 Girri Girri students were proudly presented with their shirts yesterday afternoon which were designed by Jermaine Davis. The school logo is on the front of the shirt and the word "Yindyamarra" from the Wiradjuri language meaning "respect" is on the back of the shirt. Jermaine also designed the goanna which is the Wiradjuri totem.
