25.01.2022 Today saw the return of the Bunnings sausage sizzle and our club was asked to participate. Big thanks to members Keith, Frith and Susan and friend Jeff who, along with very helpful Rotarians from Parkes and Forbes manned the marquee and followed all the new Covid safe requirements to ensure the public were not disappointed. We successfully served almost 300 sausage sangas with the onions on the bottom. Also big shout out to George from Bunnings for the wonderful support he has given us.

23.01.2022 Congratulations to Bernadette Crouch who won the Rotary Christmas Stocking for 2020. Second prize - a $200 BP Fuel Card was won by Phil Meyer. We thank all those community members who supported the raffle again - it’s been an annual event for 30 consecutive years in Condobolin. We also want to thank Shortis and Timmins Pharmacy for letting us set up at their door once again and to Betta Electrical for letting us display the stocking prizes in their window this year. We wish everyone a merry Christmas and a safe and happy new year. We hope to bring the carnival back in 2021.

18.01.2022 2019 Christmas Carnival. Chomper came to visit, jumping castle was popular and we all had a really great time. Thanks to all Rotarians for making it such a successful event - special thanks to Friends of Rotary - Neil Crook, Betty Breese, Jill Broadley and Alison Peasley, Jennifer Brady and Leo Mansur. Thanks also to Friends of Quota for selling drinks and Condobolin High School for manning the BBQ. Progress Printing donated singlets and shirts which were appreciated by those who received them. In all it was a great event that was well attended despite the drought.

16.01.2022 We’ve moved - our meetings are now being held at the SES unit 19 Marsden St, Condobolin 5.45 for 6 on start in the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each Month Visitors welcome to attend.

07.01.2022 President Susan attended the 2019 Condobolin Public School Presentation and awarded the Rotary Diligence Award to Phoebe Johnson.

07.01.2022 We are down at the Pharmacy selling tickets in the Rotary Christmas Stocking for another year so come down and support us. The stocking prize is on display in the window at Betta Electrical and 2nd prize is a $200 BP Fuel Card. Drawn Saturday 19 December at 11.45 am. Winner notified by phone.

06.01.2022 Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation we are moving our meetings to the last Tuesday of the month until further notice and we will be meeting at the SES Unit in Marsden St 5.45 for 6 pm start from this Tuesday 25 August. We recently welcomed 2 new members to the Club and invite people interested in helping their community to come along and, hopefully, join the last active Service Club in Condobolin. ... 06.01.2022 We drew the Christmas Stocking Raffle on Saturday 21 December at 11.30 - Kathy assisted with the draw and pulled out Jean Piper for 1st Prize. The Club thanks all members of the community who supported the annual fundraising event again this year. All items were purchased from local traders and the money raised is always spent within our local community. We wish everyone a merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year.

03.01.2022 We hope everyone is staying safe during these difficult times. Our Club has been busy despite the restrictions with a couple of major projects: Covered seating at Gumbend Lake sponsored by Evolution Mining, the Rotary Clubs of Condobolin and Balgowlah and Lachlan Shire Council Watch this space for updates on their installation. ... New storage shed and fencing for our Club being constructed and installed in conjunction with Bunnings Warehouse Forbes and Lachlan Readymix. We are excited to be embarking on these two projects.

02.01.2022 The Rotary Christmas Stocking Raffle is back for 2020 with tickets on sale now. Purchase from any Rotarian or when we are selling outside the Pharmacy in coming weeks. First prize is a Christmas Stocking worth $1500 - this can be viewed in the window of Betta Electrical in Bathurst St. Second Prize is $200 BP Fuel Card. Drawn Saturday 19 th December - winners will be notified by phone. This is our only fundraising activity for the year due to Covid 19 so dig deep and support the only active service club in Condo.
