08.01.2022 DAY 3 RCS Grazing Clinic Today we were fortunate enough to visit the property of Nick Austin, and his family, at Mundarlo to the east of Wagga Wagga. Over the last 15-20 years Nick has been making changes and implementing the principles we’ve learnt about over the past two days. It was fantastic to see theory being put into practice on a working property, with an operation not all that different to many in our region. It has been an honour being surrounded by and learning ...from the RCS - Resource Consulting Services - Nic Kentish, James Barnet and Matt Barton, the MaiaGrazing team, and Michael Gooden from Riverina Local Land Services (who made this course possible!). Plan, set goals, and develop YOUR property to suit YOUR desired lifestyle - for some, that could be as simple as more family time on the weekend...every weekend!!

02.01.2022 We can finally share the news! We have received funding from the Federal Government, Screen Australia, to develop the docuseries of our Impact Production, Eat.D...irt. We have some AMAZING champions who have joined the ecosystem around us, as well as an international award-winning team of core creatives. YAY!! Now we can finally tell you what it’s ABOUT! "Under the current food production system, world officials* have estimated we have approximately 60 years of topsoil remaining to grow our food. That’s approximately sixty years before global food chaos or collapse. Meanwhile, the food we are eating is making us live shorter and die longer, and our climate is drying and warming. So a Farmer (Charlie Arnott), a Feeder (Clayton Donovan) and an Eater (Maree Lowes) are on a mission to meet the people who are already growing the solutions to a healthier future. Traditional Owners, Custodians, farmers, innovators - real people making real change because this really matters. At this tipping point of humanity, it’s time to find out: Could what’s beneath our feet really save us all? " *UN Official, Maria-Helena Semedo of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), in response to the world’s first Status of the World's Soil Resources: Main Report (2014). #regenerativeagriculture #biodynamic #organic #thankful4farmers #soilhealth #soulhealth #farmlife #australia #sustainable #biodiversity #whosyourfarmer #education #farming #grassfed #beef #lamb #pork #boorowa #education #legacy #paddockbetweenourears #theregenerativejourney #podcast #screenaustralia #documentary

01.01.2022 Happy National Ag Day, from my patch to yours! Feeling blessed that we’re surrounded by fat cattle, thick crops and food on the table. Why would you want to live anywhere else!? Who and where are you celebrating today?

01.01.2022 DAY 2 RCS Grazing Clinic Today we heard from MaiaGrazing Bart Davidson on their software which is being used around the world by graziers just like you and I, putting in the work to positively impact on the land on which they manage. The different methods of grazing management, the implementation of these, and the use of a grazing chart were hot topics today too. ... If you borrow from the future, you must pay it back RCS - Resource Consulting Services
