25.01.2022 This 9’4 for my good mate Duncan marks the end of my board making game at our backyard in Brisbane and the start of a roadtrip for a couple of months before heading back home to Chile, the goofy paradise. Its been one hell of a learning curve making every board from start to finish, made a ton of friends and got soaked in a lot of what Australian traditional board making culture has in offer. Sounds redundant, but thanks everyone for your support, and keep in mind those left hand point breaks. Will gladly open our Chilean doors and sort you out with a board once that South American trip happens...
25.01.2022 Had the frothiest little creature hanging around this week after years of chatting about eventually making a board. We came out with a 9’4 californian noserider, 18.5 nose, 16.5 tail Nuuhiwa outline, foiled out and glassed in 10 volan per side. So damn stoked we got to it @alijwebber

21.01.2022 The start of our shaping gig in Chile. Got heaps of blanks with multiple cedar stringer setups and custom rocker to fit my exact shapes. 21.01.2022 Finding the best rocker has been a thrill over time. Might say this one is my all time favourite and might be a definite. Constant yet different curves merged right under the sweet spot with a bit of nose lift. It works a charm on rounded bellied logs with tin rails... #handshaped @annaninstagram via @calinjonesphoto

19.01.2022 8'3 teardrop bonzer. Its a pretty cool fit of an 11 foot glider outline and a lot of bottom curves. Somewhat like a stretched out version of Al Knost's bonzers. Gracias por la inspiracion @robertopatrociovega

07.01.2022 A good public transport system incorporates the value of shared space in the bennefits equation. Get politicians with short sight values in four walls and you will see basic and simple parts taken away from say, Transantiago. Not a single machine can be used with parts missing without everything going terribly wrong.

05.01.2022 Couple of 7’3s. One in red with a paralell outline and flex area around the power source for some extra juice and a more conservative one in blue. The thin glass end of the flexy one has 21 layers of 6oz, so its far from flimsy and will only flex/spring under proper pressure during turns, while the sides top surface area will avoid stall most of the time, grabbing the wall not only with bottom pressure but more importantly to the concept, suction on the too to provide further lift. Less cavitation, less drag, more lift, more adaptability. At least thats how it works in my mind. Will see how goes @troy_turmeric
