25.01.2022 Why Bother Healing Emotionally? Why indeed! Emotional healing sounds like a nightmare to most of us. Who has time for that anyway? And more importantly what emotions? We have all done an excellent job of shutting them down almost completely, so why worry? Well, our emotions create our world, they act like powerful magnets that draw experiences into our lives, think of the saying ‘like attracts like’ and you may start to understand. All of our suppressed emotions that we have ...squashed deep down into a hidey-hole, somewhere we hope they will never see the light of day again, are using their magnetic force to attract events into our lives to help us uncover them. They will not, and do not want to remain hidden because they were made to be felt and experienced. Once this happens the energy creating them can be free to flow as it should. I know how much you desire your freedom, why should this energy be any different, after all, you are pure energy. The most powerful way to transform our life into something bigger, brighter, and more beautiful than we could ever imagine, is to uncover our trapped emotions and set them free. As we do this, we free ourselves of the self-imposed chains we created, that hold us back. You are so much more than you are aware of. You are a powerful creator, in fact, you are creating everything that is happening to you right now, only you may not be aware of that fact. When we are not aware of our power, we are not the master of it, and it is given away to others. We allow our lives to be led in directions that do not serve us. Bringing our awareness to the fact that we are in charge of our experiences creates a positive shift in our lives. By taking responsibility for our creations, we can really start to create meaningful and fulfilling lives. Not only will taking responsibility for our emotions and bringing our awareness to our creative power transform us, it also has a great impact of bringing positive change to the people around us which ripples out to the entire world and beyond. An immense amount of intelligence is allowed to flow into us as we resolve and release emotion. Not only do we understand ourselves better but we also grow in love and compassion for others who have not yet resolved that emotion for themselves. Once the emotion has left us, we are able to see when it is present in others, this provides us with the knowledge and skill to assist our loved ones and help them heal also. And who does not want to help their loved ones heal? So why bother doing the emotional work? Because you deserve to spend however much time it takes to free yourself from your own shackles and to live a life free of pain and hardship. There is so much more for us to experience and it is only the misuse of our creative power and our choice to suppress what we need to feel that holds us back.

When we feel strong emotions towards other people that emotional energy seeps out of our soul and envelops that other person. 08.01.2022 Angel Reluctance. When I was creating the cover for my book ‘Confessions of a Developing Angel’, I was adamant the cover would not be of an angel with wings. Angels do not have wings, and on top of this knowledge, I was used to conversing with God and not particularly open to angels. Yet against all my efforts to create a front cover without an angel, this is what I ended up with. It has taken me years to open up to letting my angels get close. I really didn’t want anything ...to interfere with my conversations with God and my soul’s development in divine love. Recently I surrendered to my angels, accepting their love, guidance, and their manifestations in my life. When this happened, I felt a great energy shift all around me. They shared with me an image of an angel trying day and night to help their human navigate through this challenging world. I watched as they were met with failure after failure to grab the attention of their human and provide the best guidance possible. While the angel stood at the fork in the road pointing to the right, the human would blindly stumble to the left, completely oblivious to the help at hand. Then I experienced their sheer and utter joy at having their human surrender to them. To fully accept the help offered. To give our angels free rein in all aspects of our lives, to not try to control the outcome of all we are invested in. It was a most wonderful vision, in fact, it made me cry. Their love for us is immense, there are no words on Earth to describe this love, perhaps it can only be felt. The angels knew years ago when I was creating that front cover that I would eventually let them in and allow them to assist me fully. And although angels do not have wings, they do not mind being portrayed in this way. These images are just a symbol, a symbol of love and support, and when we let our angels in, that is the moment our lives will start to flow. Have a little faith and listen to your inner voice, you know the one, the one that is immensely loving and patient with you. It’s o.k to let go, even if only a little, I promise your angels will rejoice. Ask for signs and trust they will arrive. Don’t place limitations or expectations upon your angels, if you are asking for something that is not right for you, they will not bring it to you. They will, however, always bring you what you need to become your highest self so that you can become the light that this world needs, and in turn, you will become the happiest you have ever been.

06.01.2022 Triggers or Gifts? You may call them triggers but I call them gifts. Gifts are events that trigger our stored emotions, emotions that are painful, fearful, or prideful. I call these events gifts because when we can clearly see and feel our emotions, we can effectively face them and resolve them.
