23.01.2022 At Connect Community Care, we are grateful for the opportunity to maintain a connection with some of our most vulnerable residents and others that need it during this time. As we start our walk into what we believe is the most wonderful season of the year, we will do our best to forget what lies behind and reach forward to what lies ahead. We’ve dusted off our festive gear and are continuing to conduct well-being checks on residents, delivering our free community meals and fo...od packages right up until Christmas! This week we’ll be serving Penne Alfredo w/zucchini and rocket, Indian Daal w/naan and spinach and Quiche w/salad. Thank you to our friends at Alex Makes Meals for making this possible. If you could do with this service, come down and see us at the Young Street Car Park in Frankston. Please text through your order before 4 pm Thursday to 0400492335.
