03.01.2022 13 days into 2021..... have you given any thought yet or taken action on any of those things you said you would do at the end of 2020? Don't let another year sl...ip through your fingers before you get the courage to take action. Courage doesn't magically appear, it comes from taking small steps in the general direction of where you'd like to go. Maybe there's a conversation you need to have with a would-be mentor, maybe there's a book you could start to read or an online course or a group you can join or maybe you could find out some more information about a class or a course you'd like to do. Move gently, yet deliberately. You don't necessarily need to rush in and do everything all at once. Do something though and you'll more than likely be inspired to keep putting one foot in front of the other. And come the end of the year, you'll have something to reflect back on and be proud of yourself for. 02.01.2022 Who Do You Want to be in 2021? Every day when we wake up, we have a choice. We get to choose how we want to feel, and how we show ourselves to the world. Someti...mes though, we hide our real selves from the world because we are afraid to show up as who we truly are. There are too many reasons for me to go into in this post, that's a whole other post in itself! Maybe you want to be more playful in your days? Maybe you want to be bolder with your thoughts, write a book, start a blog - share your inner thoughts with the outside world? Maybe you want to fully embrace who you truly are, but are afraid of what others might think about you and your sudden desire to go chasing after your dreams? Maybe you're just sick and tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed and isolated and know that it's time to take the first step towards a different life, by doing something different? Whatever is holding you back right now, how is it helping you to embrace the very best version of you? Quick and simple answer - it's not.
