23.01.2022 With gyms opening up next week I know many of you are excited to get back to training. But for most it's been a really long time inbetween sessions, I highly recommend taking it slow to begin with to avoid injury. Also a wise choice to see a massage therapist, physio, osteo etc beforehand to work out any stiffness obtained during lockdown. Improving your range of movement before beginning training will assist in preventing any injuries and will help you get back in the groove. Enjoy your weekend

15.01.2022 How is everyone's new years resolutions going. As I'm sure most aim for better fitness/health/wellbeing, I'm sure there are probably some aching bodies a week in now. If your feeling muscle pain and experiencing restricted range of movement due to working new muscle groups harder. It's wise to get yourself a massage treatment to help aid full range of movement. After my treatments I like to instruct a couple of super helpful stretches targeting your problem areas. I will unavailable this weekend (off to bendigo) but as of next week I will be available noon-6pm all days except Monday. Look forward to seeing and helping y'all soon.
