20.01.2022 Ok, so I had this old fork and took it out to the shed. A few hours later and it's been transformed into a octopus scarf slide.... or you could just use it as a cool broach, no nasty pins to damage your clothes.

19.01.2022 Last night some of the Connectshine Team met with Glyn from the Love Hope and Gratitude Foundation Inc in Mount Barker to chat about a potential collaboration. We were really blown away by the fact that we all have the same vision, the same heart for the community, and the same ideas. . Today we are excited to announce we have partnered up and will be working together to effectively achieve the same goals! 11.01.2022 Not quite the lovely autumn weather we were hoping for this morning but we still had a good chat and coffee/hot chocolate, plus a nice display of creativity.

10.01.2022 We are starting a pop up market on Saturday the first of August, at Balhannah Soldiers Memorial Hall. It will run till the end of the year, on the first and third Saturdays of the month. We will have locally made crafts and second hand and upcycled products for sale so we would love you to come and check us out. Our proceeds will be going to help out Destiny Rescue and Nairne Fire Support. We are also looking for others who have products they would like to sell, can be on your own stall or we have other options. 03.01.2022 Excited for our first market on Saturday 1st August at Balhannah Soldiers Memorial Hall from 9 till 5. We will have a variety of things for sale and some good quality preloved clothing. And you will be helping support our charities, Flint Community Care and Destiny Rescue.

01.01.2022 We are having our first Connectshine event at C3 church, Hahndorf, at 10:30 on Friday 13th March. Anyone is welcome to come. Coffee and morning tea will be available for $3 and we will have homemade and up-cycled goods for sale. Our first event will be an opportunity to just enjoy the beautiful autumn weather over coffee and a chat. We are planning to have more creative activities in the future so if there is anything you are interested in learning and or you have a skill you would like to show/ teach others, we would love to hear about it. Also would love it if you could bring along any craft and or up-cycled goods to show.
