23.01.2022 This week we are celebrating Speech Pathology Australia Week 2020; "Communicating with Confidence". It is a wonderful opportunity to recognise all of the hard working Speech Pathologists in our community (and around the world), as well as raise awareness around the impacts communication difficulties can have on people and their families, and how we can help. At Connect the Dots Speech Pathology, watching children and families build their confidence is a highlight of our job. Whether this be increasing confidence through using the right sounds, saying their first words, using longer sentences or learning social skills to have conversations with their friends.
