Wonthaggi will be closed for the 4 days over Christmas, so closed from Friday the 25th December and will re open on Tuesday the 29th December. Wonthaggi will also be closed on New years Day! Bass will be Closed from Friday the 25th December and will re open on Sunday the 27th December but not for Bread only Pies, Coffee, a...nd Cakes. Bass will also be closed on New Years Day! 10.01.2022 Thank you to Bass Coast shire council for the opportunity to have this amazing artwork on our wall it has always been something we have wanted to do and your support meant not only were we able to have the incredibly talented Jimmy Dvate to do the work but we felt confident and supported that the end result was going as amazing as it is!! We love this mural and hope that the whole of Wonthaggi feels the same

09.01.2022 We have some exciting news that I know a lot of our customers have been wanting to hear. We will be opening our dining area at Wonthaggi on Monday the 22nd June Some things that you may need to know: -Our store can only accomodate 34 customers at any one time so we will be allowing 20 people seated in our dining area and 14 ordering takeaway. -We will be asking for the name and phone number of everyone who sits in our dining area, this information will be kept private a...nd secure and will only be used if required by government authorities -All of our tables are spaced 1.5 meters apart for your safety and will be cleaned and sanitised before and after you leave the store -We won’t be taking bookings and ask that our customers try to spend a reasonable and fair amount of time in the dining space so that others can also enjoy eating in again -Hand sanitisers are available for use before you order at the counter, and before entering the dining area and all meals will be brought to your table -All of our staff have completed the COVID safe online training - Our home delivery service will stop on Monday the 22nd June Please also remember that you can still order online for both of our stores via our website and we now have the drive through open at Bass, just drive to the window and ring the doorbell to order! We can’t wait to welcome everyone back and we appreciate all of the support you have given us throughout the past few months it’s times like these that we realise how lucky we are to be a part of such great communities. 08.01.2022 In line with the Victorian government regulations that take place at midnight tonite we will require all customers who visit our stores to wear a face mask, and after the announcement that we are moving to stage 3 restrictions we have decide to close our dining area at Wonthaggi starting tomorrow as well. We will however still remain open for takeaway coffee, pies, cakes, sandwiches and of course fresh bread and milk if you want to avoid the supermarket, and will keep everyo...ne posted on Facebook of some special treats to get us all through this next round of restrictions.
