Sunday) Shihan Judd brings an enormous wealth of knowledge and experience and of course not forgetting he completed successfully the 100 Man KUMITE. 15.01.2022 I still must be on a high from the Arnold Classic Australia weekend, or there must be something in the water. Great training by all who fed off the vibe of the weekend. Particularly Rod and Mariah who dug deep in a few rounds of spirited Kumite when everyone else had gone home. Osu!

13.01.2022 Tonights training was a tribute to Shihan Steve Heiter from Calgary Karate Club-Kyokushinkai in Canada, who sadly passed away on Saturday. We are wearing black arm bands as a symbol of respect of someone passing on. I tried to replicate tonights training around the most memorable time of my life with you. Rest in peace Shihan. Osu!
