20.01.2022 Pour l’amour du vin et la générosité Patrick Timsit Officiel , en tournage la semaine dernière au Musée de l'Hôtel-Dieu - Hospices de Beaune pour le téléf...ilm Intraitable de Marion Laine diffusé au printemps sur France 2 , a souhaité laisser un message vidéo aux acheteurs professionnels et particuliers qui seront à nos côtés, par téléphone ou en ligne lors de la 160ème vente des vins des Hospices de Beaune ce dimanche. Toute l’équipe de Ludivine Griveau, régisseur du domaine des Hospices de Beaune, s’est investie avec passion de la vigne au chais pendant toute l’année afin de surmonter les obstacles, d’aboutir à de beaux raisins, et d’en faire de Grands Vins, pour, encore plus cette année, une grande cause, notre hôpital, nos agents hospitaliers ! La récolte 2020 nous permet de proposer 630 pièces de vins à la vente : 156 pièces de vin blanc et 474 pièces de vin rouge. Ces 630 pièces sont réparties en 50 cuvées : 33 de vin rouge et 17 de vin blanc. Ces cuvées sont les résultats d’un assemblage harmonieux de différents climats, ce qui contribue à créer l’originalité des vins du domaine viticole des Hospices de Beaune. Les profits de la vente de la pièce de charité, une pièce de Clos de La Roche Grand Cru, serviront à financer les aides exceptionnelles attribuées par le CGOS aux agents hospitaliers de France touchés par la COVID-19 et les enfants d’agents malheureusement décédés. 14.01.2022 On Saturday night I hosted a private dinner and poured Arras Grand Vintage 2007 alongside the non-vintage rosé of one of my top five champagne houses. It was a ...fair comparison: I scored both cuvées 96 points, the Arras was my Australian Sparkling Wine of the Year over $50 in 2017, and the champagne ranked second among my Best Rosés of the Year in The Champagne Guide 2020-2021 - though the Arras does sell for half the price. The crowd vote fell to the Arras 13 to 4. Tasmanian sparkling has come of age, and it's my great pleasure to announce that the mastermind behind Arras, Ed Carr himself, is joining me to introduce all his latest creations on Friday 7 August.
