16.01.2022 Here is a look at a typical day of my training Always starts off with strength work, into an aerobic or strength/skilled based EMOM, then a metabolic conditioning workout (metcon) and then some midline work to finish Front squats 5x5 increasing the weight, 80kg, 85kg, 92.5kg, 97.5kg and here is 105 to finish ... 10 minute EMOM: 7 wall balls + 7 burpees 4 rounds 10 burpee muscle ups 12 db walking lunge 22.5kg 4 rounds 20 ghd sit ups 15sec d-ball hold 60kg

05.01.2022 This is @john_parker82, he has been coming to see me for about 1 month now for Personal Training. With a busy working week we decided today to work on some skills to refine his Toes To Bar. We broke down the movement from the very start to teach him proper body positions (which still need working but nonetheless he done a great job) . In a matter of 5 minutes we broke down the movement knowing he had the ability to perform the skill it just needed a bit of tweaking.... TOES TO BAR IN 5 Minutes: Step 1 - Hollow Hold *Think Toes in line with Shoulders Step 2 - Superman Hold * Squeeze everything and lift that chest as high as we can Step 3 - Kipping * Bring the first 2 steps to the rig and combine together to perform the kip Step 4 - High Knees * Using the kip, bring the knees to the chest Step 5 - Knees to elbow * Using the kip, bring more momentum and energy to bring the knees to elbows Finally Step 6 - Toes to bar * Simply, once knees are at the elbow just kick the to toes to bar If you want to learn more movements like this, send me a message
