14.01.2022 Every Wednesday we have a Wins Wednesday check up in my private members only Facebook group. It gives my clients a chance to reflect on what they’ve achieved ...over the past week. This is crucial on any transformation journey. It’s easy to get stuck on what you haven’t achieved yet and forget all of the amazing things you’ve achieved each week. This was a particularly profound post from one of my clients. He’s just come to the end of his 12 week journey but as you can see here, his journey is just beginning which is so awesome. Injuries can be frustrating and really get to you psychologically. But they are also great teachers and act as a means of showing you what you have by taking it away from you.
