25.01.2022 So it's been a little while since our last post, but a lot has happened at #ConquestGroup during this time. Our team has been working extra hard to improve the production process so that we can deliver the best product to you in shorter times in the new year. It has not been an easy task on top of our usual workload, and, oh boy, is this a busy time for our farmer friends. For example, here is one little but mighty product we developed for our dear client. It's an extension k...it for the John Deere cross auger. The John Deere cross augers don’t go over the feeder house making them ineffective. Our engineer designed the extension paddles that assist in pushing the canola down into the house belt of the middle feeder to allow the retractable fingers to work. While it may not sound that impressive, it's not an easy task to do, and it requires a great deal of knowledge and precision work from both our engineer and the production team. 11.01.2022 An excellent windrow chute is a matter of precision engineering as a chute that works well with one harvester model could cause significant issues in another. Drawing on many years of experience, #ConquestGroup specialises in model-specific chutes that tick all the boxes to give you efficient, trouble-free windrowing. For today’s story, we’ve got a windrow chute designed for a John Deere S series harvester with spinners for our customer, Gary from Koorda WA. Gary was harvesting a 2.5 tonne per hectare crop of Calingiri wheat. Our chute design for his harvester allows for it to be removed in as little as 3 minutes. The chutes are also adjustable from 600mm to 400mm windrows; and it takes only one person to change them. Their business grew and so did their need for a solution to raise efficiency of the machine. The most obvious and expensive solution could be buying a new wider deep ripper that would increase the efficiency, but they chose a better way and reached out to Conquest Group for help. Our skilled engineer... designed an extension that increased the efficiency of the customer’s machine while raising the structural strength to match that of Equalizer 18000, and saved them a significant amount of money. 04.01.2022 Here is another drumMUSTER & ChemClear cage that was recently installed by Conquest Group in Paiwaning. drumMUSTER provides cages for easy, safe and environmentally-friendly disposal of empty farming chemical containers across rural Australia. A cage installation by their previous design required an engagement of 3-4 workers, arrangement of hot works permits and transportation of gas bottles for welding on site. Conquest Group offered a better design solution that does not only ensure a strong cage structure but also an easy assembly by a team of just 2, much like IKEA furniture! If a customer chooses to move to a different area, the cage can be easily disassembled and transported.
